How to order from abroad in ENGLISH

If you are a customer from outside the Czechia or Slovakia, please do not order through the e-shop but follow the procedure below:

Once you have selected all the items you wish to purchase, please send the list of items to the email address: j.strnad@auto-star.cz. Please use id number of items (f.e. 355907010)

It is best to include all your details, such as your name, email, phone number, address, etc.

Furthermore, please state whether you are an individual (price including VAT) or a legal entity/company (price excluding VAT). In the case of a legal entity, the company name and Company Identification Number (CIN) are required.

Your order will then be processed, and the shipping cost will be calculated. If you agree with the total, an invoice in € will be issued to you, and the goods will be dispatched via carrier.
